1. Control and Responsibility:

  1. You are in full control of your blockchain node software and reward wallet.
  2. The node will only execute actions based on your instructions.

2. Risks Acknowledgment:

  1. You acknowledge and fully understand the innovative nature of blockchain technologies, and the numerous risks involved, including market, technology, legislative, and global regulatory risks.

3. Fee Responsibility:

  1. There may be fees associated with connecting your software to the blockchain, including but not limited to maintenance, transaction, software license, or network fees.
  2. You are solely responsible for the payment of these fees.

4. Informed Decision:

  1. You have conducted your own research and obtained all necessary information to make an informed decision about purchasing this node software.
  2. You understand that you can request additional information by emailing support@optio.community

5. Digital Rewards:

  1. The digital rewards earned by running your node software will be distributed by the Optio decentralized blockchain.
  2. You are not relying on the node seller for any additional action or effort regarding the distribution of digital rewards.

6. Representations and Warranties:

  1. No person associated with the seller has guaranteed that you will earn digital rewards that have liquidity, value, or create a profit or another income-earning opportunity.
  2. Ownership and participation in buying and running a node does not guarantee profit, and holding a node does not constitute a security.

7. Purchase Conditions:

  1. Your purchase of the Oracle node software is non-refundable and will be transferable.
